Georgia Tour Kayak Series Clarks Hill

The second event of the SEGKBF 2024 Georgia Tour Kayak Series took place on Clarks Hill Lake.  Kayak bass anglers from Georgia and South Carolina battled it out to be “ Kayak King of the Hill.”

Clarks Hill Lake

Clarks Hill Lake borders Georgia and South Carolina and offers a great opportunity for the kayak bass angler.  SEGKBF had a total of nine anglers participating.  Lines were in at 6:30 a.m. and anglers had until 3:30 p.m. to catch all they could.

Lake Conditions

The water at Lake Sinclair was stained, but calm.  Pleasure boat traffic picked up around noon, but it was not too intolerable. Anglers took advantage of several landings to access the lake.
